Log File Creation

Important: When you faced with any issue during managing your store via our Mobile App - (Prestashop, WooCommerce, VirtueMart, Magento, OpenCart) Mobile Assistant - you are able to form the logs of your actions to a separate file and send it to our support center for the further investigation.

Firstly you should activate the appropriate option in the Settings of Mobile Assistant to perform this.

Launch the Assistant at your device, find the 'App Settings' at the bottom of the Dashboard page:

Press the same-named sector inside to open its menu:

As you can see the possibility to logging is disabled by default. Particular status doesn't allow to generate the file and send the message accordingly.

Activation provides the switching position from off to on and changing the status on 'enabled'. The 'Send' button is still not active while the logs file doesn't generated.

Reproduce the issue once again in order to record the logs and get the result file. Now you should see the active button for sending the email:
