Log File Creation

Important: When you face with any issue during managing your store via our Mobile App - (Prestashop, WooCommerce, VirtueMart, Magento, OpenCart) Mobile Assistant - you can form the logs of your actions to a separate file and send it to our support center for further investigation. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

To form the logs, you should activate the option in the Settings of Mobile Assistant, firstly.

Launch the Assistant at your device, find the "App Settings" at the bottom of the "Dashboard" page:

Tap the same-named sector inside to open its menu:

As you can see, the possibility to logging is disabled by default. This means that you cannot genearte the file with logs.

Status disabled

Activate this option to change the status to "enabled". Now, the log file can be generated after you reproduce the issue. Only after that the [Send] button will be active.

Reproduce the issue once again to record the logs and get the result file. Now, the [Send] button should be active. Press it to send ua an email with the file.
